We have developed a corrugated pallet designed for multiple uses in all types of industry. The patented design provides a custom-made, economical paper pallet that can easily be handled because it is lightweight, safe and durable. This amazing design is strong and durable enough to be racked in a warehouse, and it is recyclable and environmentally safe. With availability of both two and four-way fork entry, these made-to-order pallets can be tailored to your application. The lightweight design means savings in freight costs and disposal costs.

6 Reasons to switch to Corrugated Pallets
- Export. Countries around the world are adopting the ISPM standards requiring that all solid wood packaging material is heat treated or fumigated. This raises the cost of wood packaging. Corrugated pallets are absolutely exempt from these restrictions, and are competitive in pricing with treated wood pallets.
- Customization. Corrugated pallets are designed to your particular specifications for size, weight, and entry. Whether you’re shipping paint or potato chips, corrugated pallets can be customized to carry the load economically. We have numerous sizes readily available so you will not have any tooling costs.
- Recyclable. Corrugated pallets can be easily recycled into paper. This makes disposal of the pallets easier and far less expensive. Wooden pallets usually end up in landfills.
- Freight Savings. By air or over the road, the added expense of wooden pallets can be considerable. A 48' trailer holds 28 standard size (48" x 40") pallets, or 56 double stacked pallets. 56 wood pallets = 3920 lbs. 56 corrugated pallets = 1064 lbs.
- Environmental. “The World Trade Organization estimates that about USD 1.1 billion of products move hourly through world airports and harbours and most of this product value are transported on wood pallets,” said Dr. Marshall S. White, convenor of ISO/TC 51/WG 2. “Improving the efficiency of these pallet designs as well as identifying substitute materials will help conserve the world’s timber resources.”
- Health & Safety. Weighing an average of only 19lbs each, corrugated pallets are easily lifted by most everyone. The average wooden pallet weighs about 70lbs. Unlike wooden pallets, corrugated pallets contain NO: nails, splinters, jagged edges, boards, or bugs.
